Nebraska Statewide EMS Conference - About Us

The Nebraska Statewide EMS Conference Committee has hosted the Annual Statewide EMS Conference in Kearney, Nebraska for over 30 years.

The Committee is comprised of individuals who volunteer their time and expertise to present the largest EMS Conference in Nebraska.

We are managed by a Board of Directors with elected positions of President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary.

To truly be "Statewide", the Board of Directors consists of one representative from the following organizations / entities:

Nebraska Emergency Medical Services Association (NEMSA - 3 representatives)
Nebraska Instructor Society (NIS)
Nebraska Association of Advanced Providers (NAAP)
Central Nebraska Area
Eastern Nebraska Area
Western Nebraska Area
Central Community College Area
EMS Program of the Nebraska Health & Human Services System
Midlands EMS Protocol Committee
Nursing Profession (general)

In addition, The Board may appoint up to five (5) public spirited individuals to serve on the Committee.
